The Karate Kid Part III celebrates its anniversary today, originally released June 30, 1989. A guilty pleasure for sure, the law of diminishing returns for sequels can’t be more evident than it is here. Although, it was certainly rectified with the Cobra Kai series. The bonsai shop was erected at 130 North Avenue 50 in Los Angeles.
The pottery shop was across the street at 135 North Avenue 50.
The jogging scene was shot around 200 Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica.
The dance club was shot at Casa Vertigo, located at 1828 Oak Street in Los Angeles.
