Phantasm IV: Oblivion (1998)

The fourth entry in the Phantasm franchise relies heavily on flashback sequences, particularly unused scenes from the original film. Below are a few locations I have visited over the years.

The mausoleum scenes were shot at the Angeles Abbey Cemetery at 1515 East Compton Boulevard in Los Angeles. This location was also used in HBO’s Westworld and Perfect.

This is the Camarillo Ranch at 201 Camarillo Ranch Road in Camarillo, California.

A flashback scene to Phantasm II in Santa Paula, California.

This shot was in Brea, California. This area has been redeveloped by I did find some vintage images of the street and how it used to look.

The hanging tree scene was part of the first Phantasm film shoot. It is just southeast of Kanan and Agoura Roads in Agoura Hills, California.

This was shot on Stansbury Avenue in Sherman Oaks, California.

These scenes were filmed on the 5400 block of Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles.
