As next year will mark the 20th anniversary since the premiere of Arrested Development, I’ll be working on a whole new page, but for now here are a few locations…
Although the house is made to look like it’s in the middle of nowhere, it is actually nestled in a neighborhood and is quite large — over 6200 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. What you see here is just the back of the house. I talked to the owner once and he discussed how they filmed the actual inside for the pilot, then replicated it for the rest of the series on a set. It is located at 23155 Dolorosa Street in Woodland Hills, California.
The banana stand is located at Fisherman’s Village, 13735 Fiji Way in Marina Del Rey, California.
I actually own the banana suit from the original series!
You may even see the Marina Hornblower from the pilot episode.
The Deliberations bar is part of the Culver Hotel in Culver City, California.
