Back in 2014, I got into searching out locations based on the trailers alone, including Annabelle. You can check those out on my original blog. I never revisited those locations, so not everything is screen-matched to what was eventually used in the movie.
The main house is located at 228 North Gramercy Place in Los Angeles. The neighbors next door at 224 North Gramercy Place.
The church interiors were shot at 310 South Van Ness Avenue. This church has been used in many productions, most notably A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors and War Of The Worlds.
The apartment building is located at 715 Normandie Avenue.
If you go to Google Streetview, you can actually see the production getting ready for filming a crucial scene involving the baby carriage!
This appears to be the now-demolished Sixth Street Bridge.
This church exterior is shot at 4350 Wilshire Boulevard.
This church was also used in All Of Me.
