Although technically a 2010 film, INSIDIOUS was not widely released until April 1, 2011. I found and visited both locations shortly after in 2011, but updated this page for today’s anniversary.
The main house is located at 4350 Victoria Park Drive in Los Angeles.
Their old house is at 1153 South Point View Street in Los Angeles, California.
Production also shot inside the Herald Examiner Building at 1111 South Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles. The building was designed by Julia Morgan, California’s first licensed female architect in 1913. Commissioned by William Randolph Hearst, the building housed newspaper offices until 1989 and has been used in numerous productions including The Prestige, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and The Usual Suspects.
