Repossessed (1990)

When I saw they were releasing a blu-ray for the spoof of The Exorcist, I thought I should give maybe give this film another try. I sat through it once when it was released on VHS thirty-five years ago, but haven’t revisited it since. Well, time still hasn’t been kind to this one, despite bringing back Linda Blair from the original and even Ned Beatty from the sequel! Nonetheless, here are a few of the locations I tracked down so far.

What I’m guessing is supposed to be Nancy’s house, this was an easy one as I had been to this location a few years ago for the series, You. Fortunately, my pictures nearly matched up to what is shown on the screen. This is located at 6309 Orion Avenue in Van Nuys, California.

The church is a 435 South Occidental Boulevard in Los Angeles. This has been also seen in Six Feet Under and Dexter.

I also recognized this location from a previous location visit for Phantasm IV. This is located at 201 Camarillo Ranch Road in Camarillo, California.

These scenes were shot by Stage 4 at Paramount Studios. I went through my catalog of photos and found a few that showed the stage.

Alrighty - from now on, these are locations I haven’t visited yet, but found some pictures online or street-view for reference.

The opening house is at 2227 Chislehurst Drive in Los Angeles.

This is the hospital at 7300 Medical Center Drive in West Hills, California.

This is the corner at 4th Street and Irving Boulevard in Los Angeles.

This is the Trust Building at 433 South Spring Street in downtown Los Angeles.

This is at the intersection of 1st Street and South Las Palmas Avenue in Los Angeles.
